The guided body scan will include a separate weekly audio reset, so you still have support if you can’t attend live.

Session times have been chosen based on current feedback and may be gently reviewed as the Sanctuary grows. I know not every time will suit every person, but the weekly audio reset and resources will be available for Sanctuary Restore members inside the member hub.

Do I have to attend live every week?
No. Come when you can.

No. Sharing is always optional.

Will there be replays?
The live circles will not be recorded. The weekly body scan will have a separate audio reset.
